Connection profile

It contains interior aluminum, exterior aluminum and phonelic foam board.

1.Aluminum Interior of the duct

Antibacterial Epoxy coated aluminum will make the material anticorrisive, protect the germ,s and prevent the air pollution within the duct.

2.Phonelic Foam Board

Enviromental Phenolic Foam, no CFC, no ordor, non-toxic and fireproofing, low smoke.

3.Aluminum Exterior of the Duct

Embossed structure creates sturdy exterior, which will protect it from any outside impact. It will also have corrosion resistant feature from Epoxy coating. Epoxy coatinig will enable to creat vairous colors.

Test report and certificate

Wide Pre-insulated phenolic foam duct sheet has been undergone a series of tests in abroad laboratories by using hi-tech instruments. It is indentified and certified with class1 for fire-resistance according to BS476 PART6&7.
