1. Advanced technique
The product of polyethylene foam insulated material is independently innovated by guangzhou wide industrial company and have been listed in Yearbook for China's Regrigerating, Air-conditioning, Heating and Ventilation.

We own the global advanced production line--fully-antomated plastic extrusion compound windpipes, which is from Italy.
2.Innovation of thermal insulation material
This is a new environmentally-friendly heat insulation material, which is soft, light and easy to install.
It is made from aluminum foil and polyethylene by special machinery.
It has no odor and toxicity.
It not only overcomes the discomfort and environmental damage brought by glass fiber and epispastic materials, but can also resist ultraviolet radiation that can penetrate through sheet iron, concrete, wood and other common heat insulation materials.
This new heat insulation material not only has good insulation, heat reflection & insulation and anti-radiation functions, but also has good moisture-barrier, heat preservation and energy-saving functions in housing construction (roof ).
3.Function:
Can be installed on roof, resists over 80% external heat from buildings, protects wall, resist thermal shock and sudden cold, etc.
4.Characteristics:
4.1 Closed Micro-cell structure
It has the completely closed micro-cell structure of WIDE PE foam that allows the lowest water absorption and water vapor permeability. The mentioned function due to average diameter of cell is only about 50µm, which means the materials of 1mm thickness arrange with 20 floor cells.
4.2 Stable Insulating Function-low thermal conductivity
The thermal conductivity coefficient(K.value) is 0.0326W/m.k that can keep steady during long service life, so that the insulating property can provide lasting service without affected by prolonging working time.
4.3 Outstanding Moisture& Vapor resistance
Because WIDE PEF was foamed with high-pressured polyethylene(PE) of film blowing grade has outstanding moisture and vapor resistance,even under the situation of applying for polyethylene membrane of 1µm thickness
4.4 Excellent Water Resistance
Water absorbing rate having been tested by measure equipment is 0.0019g/cm3, and the value not only can ensure the insulating effect in despite of soaking constantly, but also suit quitely to refrigerate even under the situation of dew condensation.
4.5 Safety and Enviroment Protection
The main component of raw material PE is safe and nonpoisonour, which makes PE foam meet Children Toy Toxicity Standard and Food Sanitation standard. Moreover, WIDE PE Foam is an ideal green and security product because it does not release any harmful particle and poison gas during the service life.
4.6 Long Work Life and Outstanding Durability
The work life of WIDE PE Foam is able to reach more that 15 years if it is used for central air conditioning. The main component of raw material is with high-pressured polyethylene(PE) of film blowing grade that is an ideal petrol-chemical products and its aging resistance is better than rubber, PS, PVC and PU. This kind of PE does not need to add up any other reagent of aging resistance.
4.7 Superior Fire Resistance
The burning properties have reach GB8624-1997B1 Grade which is tested by National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Fire Building Materials and approved by China Public Security and Prevent Fire Bureau that have sampled our PE Foam material. In addition, WIDE PE Foam material is one of the safest flex thermal insulation, which do not contain PVC and the released gases do not contain harmful gases such as HCN, HCL, ect.
4.8 Advanced Processing Technology
Insulated tubes of WIDE PE foam is applide by the advanced technology of automatically compounding materials to manufacture tubes. The method is better than applying for model that can lead to compress materials and cause to cut down the insulated property. Moreover, the advanced processing technology facilitate to work and make the surface more beautiful.

WIDE PE foam has been supervised and tested by guangdong public security and prevent fire bures and national center for quality supervision and testing of fire building materials, the results show that burning property has reached GB8624-1997B1 grade and B2 grade.
